# AppConstants

`AppConstants` is the abstract root of the constant-set hierarchy every domain application layer extends (e.g. `SAIF.Application.Claim/ClaimAppConstants`) to add its own literals alongside the one organization-wide value defined here. It carries no behavior, only a single shared string constant.

## Purpose
- Supplies `SAIFVALUE`, the canonical organizational literal, so every derived domain constant class shares one definition instead of re-declaring it.
- Establishes the inheritance point (`MustInherit`) domain layers use to add their own constants without duplicating this one.
